You're welcome to bring your own water craft as we have boat trailer parking, launching and docking facilities for up to thirty boats. Our docks have water and electric hookups for recharging your batteries. With 600' of lakefront including a 300' swimming beach, there's plenty of sun and shade for tanning and relaxing or for a little exercise rent one of our kayaks.

Unlike many recreational lakes that become over populated during high seasons, Clear Lake is more than 25 miles long and anywhere from one to more than 12 miles wide. Boaters can venture across the vast waters or enjoy over 100 miles of sightseeing along the shoreline.

Clear Lake Water Trails
Enjoy waterways by kayak, canoe and other forms of non-motorized paddling. Seven water trails are described on the following link. The "Soda Bay~Volcanic Vents" water trail can be accessed from the Edgewater Resort. www.konoctitrails.com

If you wish to rent water craft including wave-runners, jetskis, patio boats, fishing boats, ski boats, water skis or any accessories, we suggest that you reserve them prior to your arrival, especially if traveling on summer weekends or holidays. Please call us for suggestions on local companies.

Notice:

All boats require an Inspection Sticker prior to launching in Lake County waters to protect our lake from invasive quagga and zebra mussels. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office and its Marine Patrol unit are strictly enforcing the ordinance. Violators will be cited for an infraction or misdemeanor, which could result in fines from $100 to $1,000 and/or up to six months in jail.

Tackle It and Edgewater Resort serve as a temporary inspection sites to assist with boat inspections and issuance of stickers for boaters who wish to satisfy this requirement. For more information click here.
