High Season Weekends/Holidays may require two or three night stays.

Other Daily Fees

Extra Person Overnight in RV or Tent Sites: $5 per person
Day Use Only/Guest Fee: $10 per person
Pet Fees in RV or Tent Camping Sites: $5 per pet
Pet Fees in Cabin or House: $10 per pet (Maximum two pets)
Boat or Motorized Watercraft: $10
(includes boat slip, launching and trailer parking)
TOT TAX: 9% (Transient Occupancy Tax)
Refundable Key Deposits for Restroom/Showers or Pool: $5 per key

Cancellation Policies

Deposits for individual reservations are non-refundable unless canceled 7 days prior to your arrival.

Deposits for groups or multiple reservations are non-refundable unless canceled 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Fees:

Minimum $10.00 per site or cabin for deposits under $100.00
Maximum 10% of deposit for deposits over $100.00
