· QUIET TIME.. .10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests.

· CHECK OUT TIME...12:00 Noon. If you wish to reregister, please do so by 10:00 AM.

· CHECK IN TIME...3:00 PM. An earlier check in time may be arranged. NO CHECK-IN after 9:00 PM.

· VISITORS...Your visitors must register upon arrival. Visitor fees are $10.00 per day per visitor and are payable in advance. All visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.

· PRIVACY... Please stay on designated paths. Do not cut through occupied spaces.

· PETS.. .Quiet pets are welcome if they are on a leash and under control! Immediate clean up after your pet is the responsibility of each owner, waste bags can be found at the pet station. No pets are to be left unattended in campsites or cabins. ALL PETS MUST BE CURRENT ON ALL THEIR SHOTS.

· FIREARMS...All firearms and fireworks of any kind are strictly forbidden.

· BOATING.. Courtesy is the basic rule. Docks may be used as available. NO SWIMMING IN OR AROUND DOCKS OR PIERS.

· SWIMMING...NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. All children 14 & under must be accompanied by an adult around any water facility. Including docks, beach, pier or pool.

· TRASH. ..Place trash in park receptacles. Garbage, pet droppings and diapers must be put in plastic garbage bags and tied before throwing away. PLEASE RECYCLE.

· VEHICLES...Do not park in the roadways. Vehicles that do not fit in a site will be assigned a parking space, EXTRA FEES MAY APPLY. ALL VEHICLES MUST DISPLAY A PARKING PASS.

· SMOKING... Is not allowed inside any buildings or rental units. Please smoke outside. Every butt you drop on the ground WE PICK UP. Ask for a butt can and dispose of properly.

· LIABILITY.. The equipment and facilities furnished on the grounds for the park are solely for the convenience of our guests. ALL PERSONS USING PREMISES DO SO AT OWN RISK. Edgewater Resort or its owners are not responsible for accidents, or for lost or stolen items.
